This is a recipe that will help to strengthen your spleen energy. As you might remember from earlier blogs, your spleen energy is partly responsable for your energy level. A strong spleen energy makes you feel grounded, level-headed and you won’t be a worry wart!
Anyway, following the recipe, easy-peasy and tasteful:
- Cook the beets till they are soft.
- Fry some ground beef loose with some pepper and salt in organic coldpressed olive oil.
- Add some garlic and onion.
- Cut the beets in small pieces and add them. Stir.
- Add water.
- Add coconut milk.
- Let it simmer for a while.
- Mash everything with the hand blender.
- Pour the soup into a bowl and top with some fresh celery and bean sprouts. The bean sprouts will give a nice crunch to this soup.
And…don’t be surprised if your urine and/or feces look red the next day…just a little friendly warning…
