Weight training

I assume we all know that the human body is made for movement and weight training is an important part of your exercise routine. Your body will get stronger and because of that, so will your mind. Eveything you do with your body, has an effect on your mind and everything you think influences your body. That’s why we speak of: body-mind.

What are the advantages of this particular way of movement?

  • you will get a better mood, that is not to be missed! Movement makes happy hormones.

  • stronger bones,
  • a healthier heart and bloodvessels.

Isn’t that worth your while? Of course it is not about becoming a bodybuilder, but it is about getting into motion at your own level. From your own level, you can slowly build up to your capacity.
