A winter exercise

A human body is made to move. Even when you can only move your pinky, please do so. Because you see, a human body as a bloodflow. The bloodflow is being pumped around by the heart. The human body also has a lymphatic system. This is the system that collects wast too. It does not have a pump like the bloodflow has with the heart. It can only move and get rid of the waste when you move.

Every new season, we will describe an easy exercise for you to do and to find out what it can do for you. For now, we will only describe, but later on, we also hope to make vlogs, so you can actually see how it is done.

Here we go.

Sit straight up, let your arms hang losely, feet hip width, feet firmly yet relaxed on the floor, breathe deeply in and out. Feel your sit bones on the edge of the chair. Keep your focus on the sit bones. Now wiggle from left to right on your sit bones, just a small movement. Then wiggle back and forth. You can also make little circles, clockwise and counter clockwise on you sit bones. You can do this exercise wherever you want and as often as you want.

These little movements will warm up your kidneys, activate the energy of the kidneys and might also reduce low back and hip pain.

Of course now we would like to know if you tried this exercise and what it did for you. Feel free to share your experiences. Another exercise will come next month.
