Since we are slowly going from winter to spring, we thought this might be a nice drink for this transition and it has detox qualities as well. You make it the night before you want to consume it. The cinnamon has a warming quality, the apple has a cooling quality and the few drops of lime are good for the liver energy. Take a glas jar. Slice the apple in very thin slices. Put some cinnamon sticks on the bottom of the jar. Then put the very thin slices of the apple against the wall of the jar. Put some drops of lime in.
