Strawberry salade dressing

  • Put some lavender flowers in balsamico vinegar and let it simmer for a few hours or even days. You will see that the vinegar will start colouring. The longer, the stronger.
  • Take the lavender out of the vinegar.
  • Cut the salade. I like iceberg, but you can use any type of salad you like.
  • Mash a bowl of strawberries.
  • Put the lavender vinegar into the mashed strawberries along with some cold pressed extra vierge olive oil.
  • Mix it well and pour it out over your salad.
