The virus

The whole world is burdened by the virus that is paralyzing the world as we knew it. Some general things that cannot be said often enough.

  • Stay home. Do NOT go out unless you absolutely have to.
  • If you absolutely have to go out, keep your distance.
  • Wash, wash, wash your hands often and thoroughly. When they get dry, you can for example use marigold creme.
  • Put your clothes in the washing machine when you have been outside.
  • Do NOT hoard stuff. Think about your fellow men. You are not alone in this world. We depend on each other.

It is important to build resistance. That much we know for sure. Things you might want to do:

  • Eating healthy is even more important in times like this.
  • Do NOT smoke. That goes without saying. If you do smoke, contemplate the idea that this is a good time to quit the habit.
  • Do NOT eat sugar. Sugar undermines your defenses and you need your defense system badly in a time like this. Keep in mind too that alcohol contains a lot of sugar.
  • Stay hydrated, so your body can flush out what it needs to flush out.
  • Two herbs that help you built resistance are Echinacea and Elderberry.
  • You might like to burn essential oil of tea tree and/or eucalyptus in your home.
  • Gently brush your skin with a shower brush towards the lymph nodes in your armpit and groin. This helps your lymphatic system to drain waste.
  • You can use vitamin C * oregano oil capsules * Ribes nigrum tincture * a combination of zinc/methionine/copper * Curcuma * a multivitamin.
  • Keep moving. As much as you can. Even when you cannot go out, you can move inside your house. There are many people who offer lessons via the internet.

  1. Great advice! I would like to share something I learned about echinacea to add to this. Echinacea has very big molecules and creates therefor the effect of tanks entering your street. Everybody comes to the window to watch, or, your immunesystem will be fully alert. To use it properly you should not use it all winter, but only for a short period when you feel the need. Because if tanks drive through our street everyday and nothing happens we won’t be alert anymore…
