Ginger

Ginger is used a lot in the Ayurvedic kitchen. It is seen as a universal medicine because of its culinary and medicinal properties.

  • It is detoxifying.
  • It influences the absorption, digestion and relief of your food.
  • It is stimulating appetite.
  • When you mix the juice of the gingerroot with oil, you can use it to rub it on yourself in case of rheumatic pains and headaches.
  • It works with respitory diseases.
  • It is a wonderful root to regulate Agni.
  • It works wonders with motion sickness and maternity sickness.

Do you use a lot of ginger? Let me know in the comments!

the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on every time a comment is added I recieve 4
