What happened in March?

The month March started with a few days of Carnival. Carnival is a Christian celebration that preceeds the 40 sober days leading  uo to Easter and is mostly celebrated in the south of Holland. In our village, a number of cafes were closed and we actually have one cafe and the community center left. The result is that is is packed with people everywhere. Apart from pleasure, it has given my husband and his brothers the flu. My husband and his brothers are able to drink a lot of beer, and don’t watch what they eat. Because of that, their resistance declines very quickly. I hardly drank any alcohol and I did not get the flu. That means that I take care of my body well, in spite of the sleep apnea. In December 2018, I started with a fitness program an I am already getting some results of it. I notice I am beginning get more strength and endurance. This givesa boost to keep going. Also I started with an exercise program with a Cesar therapist. She will be guiding me over the next tow months to learn how to relax better before going to sleep. Furthermore, she will teach me exercises for better breathing an better relaxation of the upper respitory tract. I will keep you posted how this goes!

In March, Myoki and I had a great photoshoot wit Omar the photographer. He really knows his bussines and made some great shots.

We have had well over 1000 visitors on our blog-page and I want to thank you very much for that. I hope our blogs are helpful for you.

Greetings from Mary
