Spring recipe

Green vegetables and the taste sour, will balance your liver energy during springtime. So, you can add them to your daily dishes.

Recipe

Warm a saute pan over medium heat. Add cold pressed organic olive oil, garlic, a pinche of salt. When the garlic is fragrant, add the chickpeas and cook for about 5 minutes. Then add the fresh and organic spinach. Mix carefully by spooning the chickpeas on top of the spinach, until the spinach is wilted and cooks down. Then remove from the heat. Squeeze the fresh lemon juice over the spinach and top with the freshly chopped mint. Serve this dish warm.

The chickpeas support the large intestine, heart and spleen function.

Spinach, garlic, lemon and mint, benefit the liver.
