Rosemary recipe

For this recipe, you can use normal potatoes, but we recommend sweet potatoes. Sweet potatoes are a vegetable and it will give you more fiber, which is important for the intestines. It is up to you which one you would like to use.

Pre-heat the oven at 200 degrees Celcius.

Clean the potatoes and cut them in half. Cook the potatoes for about 6 minutes. Put the potatoes in an overdish. Remove the leaves from the rosemary sprigs. Add the rosemary and seasalt and sprinkle some organic olive oil on top. Also put some unpeeled garlic in.

Bake for about 50 minutes and scoop it regularly. Before serving, squeeze the garlic from the skins first. This makes a delicious side dish.

Enjoy your meal and please let us know how this recipe worked out for you!
